Not what I thought...drawbacks so make your own conclusions
If there is tap water in the top reservoir, it will poor into your glass along w/the filtered water. The lid is difficult to get off and when I pull it by the handle, which is hard to grip, the entire reservoir with filter comes out too. I used my fingernails and slipped them between the lid and the canister.
I did a taste test between my bottled distilled water and ZeroWater. I put equal amounts of each of the waters into glasses. My friend switched them around so I didn't know which glass contained which water. As soon as I tasted the ZeroWater, it tasted chemically and I could actually taste the difference between the two. The distilled water was smoother with a fresh taste.
The filters are about $15 each unless you buy them in bulk. Once you filter about 15 gallons of tap water, they loose their potency so the tap water is no longer properly filtered and you start getting the bad tap water chemicals in your clean filtered ZeroWater. So it's time to change the filter. Well that's about $1.00 a gallon and my distilled store-bought water is .94 cents a gallon but without the chemical taste.
ZeroWater comes with a hand-held device to test the water and determine when the filter needs to be changed. The device should register with a read-out telling you that chemicals are no longer being filtered out and it's time to change the water. I dipped it in the filtered ZeroWater and it read zero. All is good. I dipped it in tap water, it still read zero. Distilled water? Zero. Looks like that doesn't work. Hmmm.
Now the positives. The reason I bought ZeroWater is that it filters out 100% of GMOs in the first 15 gallons. After that, the GMOs show up in the water. It's a fairly inexpensive interim filtering system until I have a reverse osmosis system installed throughout my home next year. An independent lab conducted the GMO filtering test. They tested about 25 filters and six passed with ZeroWater being one of them. ZeroWater was the least inexpensive unit amongst them. It has a five stage filtering system which is why it keeps out 100% of the GMOs up to 15 gallons.
It is sleek and modern looking. The bluish-tint color of the container is appealing like fresh water. It's easy to disassemble, clean and reassemble. When I'm through with it, I will be able to donate it.

This is an excellent product with a high zinc amount and no chemicals. It applies nicely and is not too thin or sticky. It's actually good for your skin unlike some sunscreens that can harm your skin with their harsh chemicals. Recommended!

It Works!
The purpose of MK-2, a relatively new vitamin these past 10 years, it to "direct" calcium to the right place in your body. I had calcium built-u in my shoulders and since taking MK-2, the deposits are gone. I am getting the calcium to my bones which is where it should go.
