Repeated broken fans

Although the owners of this business were honorable is replacing broken fans twice shipped broken. And the eventually refunding of the money. It is not recommended by this certified mechanic to purchase, as you will waste time and effort trying to get a Non broken fan delivered in my opinion. So now I sit with two useless broken fans beyond repair. And refund that forces me to look for another fan.
