HP Envy 4502 e-All in One Printer Print Copy Scan / Same as 4500

Paper jammed repeatedly
I recently purchased the HP Envy 4502 because it was inexpensive & for its ability to print from a mobile device. I already had another older, more expensive HP printer, but it couldn't print from an app. This Envy fit the bill. Setting up the machine was not difficult, but one must set up an acct in order to use the mobile service. I was then able to print ebay shipping labels using my Galaxy S5 (must have Android 4.0 or higher) instead of a computer. Unfortunately, that's the end of the pro's. It jammed the first 3x before it actually printed a copy. Over the course of 2 wks, I wasted a lot of paper. It jammed repeatedly before it actually printed. Printing is also slower than on my older HP. I contacted HP & they offered solutions, but none worked. So I will be sending it back for a replacement. Hopefully, the new one will work.
