PERFECT EXPERIENCE!!! LITERALLY COULDNT HOPE FOR BETTER!!
Literally the best possible experience I could possibly imagine. Pipes got here 3 business days after purchase. They were very professionally packaged, and by a single chrome piece was touching another during shipping. When they arrived and I removed them from the packaging, they glistened as if given to me by the gods themselves. It looked like it would be a complicated installation, (as there were 30-40 separate pieces, as well as a relocation bracket for some sensitive electronics) but reading the instructions (which were extremely detailed and obviously professionally written) had me prepared to do this installation within an hour. From start to finish I was done in 57 minutes. I performed the installation, checked my work, double checked to be sure, then cleaned and polished everything, and allowed myself to indulge in the first start up after the installation. The new note emitted by these wonderful pipes was indescribable, but I will attempt anyways: the tone itself was a low and deep rumble, and could not have been made from any other pipes than cobras. There was a detectable thump on the pavement every time a new rotation of exhaust would come out of the pipes. The two combined made for an experience that you could not only hear, but also feel. After my first drive, (In which I slowly pushed from a reasonable speed, to a very unreasonable one) I came to this conclusion: this is by far the best 500$ I have ever spent. You cannot get better pipes than these. Nobody does it better than cobra. Ride loud my friends. Thanks for reading.
