Works and feels well made
The extension tubes work as they should, allowing you to take macro photos. The lens and camera retains full functionality. It has metal mounts and a solid plastic body, which feels similar to the plastic they now use in Nikon lenses.

A great Nifty Fifty
This is a VERY sharp lens corner to corner wide open and gets phenomenally sharp stopped down a few stops. It's a lot bigger than the old F mount 50mm Nikon made lenses, but it's nice and light for the size. It's a bit smaller than the F mount Sigma Art 50mm (which is an excellent lens) and is a lot lighter while just as sharp, if not sharper. A great Nifty Fifty.

Foul Tasting Water After a Few Hours
At fist it looked like a clever idea and the drinking valve that only allows water through when you suck on it works well and doesn't leak. HOWEVER, the first time I used it I went to take a drink after a few hours of walking and the water tasted absolutely foul. It had an extremely strong plastic/chemical taste that made the water undrinkable. I tried filling it with very hot water and leaving it for a while, but I could not get rid of the taste, and I'm talking about an VERY strong taste. It's works well provided you drink the water as soon as you've filled the bottle, but if you leave it for a few hours then you can't drink it. So the bottle is utterly useless as a water bottle and God only knows what chemical is leaching out of the plastic.
