Would be perfect if the stand was more sturdy.
From the point that we took it out of the box two this current moment sitting here looking at it, the TV leans forward at such an angle that I want to run over there and catch it because I know it's going to fall. It does not actually full however that's an example of how bad the stand holds the 50 inch TV. It's on a single stand that centered in the middle. I believe it should have two stands one on each side. Otherwise it's great.

Nice looking, fits perfectly.
For the price, you cannot beat this cover. It feels good in my hand it makes my phone look even better. My only con is I cannot use my headphone system with this case. The headphones will not completely insert into the Jack due to the thickness of the case. That's kind of a bummer and it requires me to carry a second case for when I want to use my headphones. Other than that, it's perfect.
