Great bang-for-buck upgrade
Just upgraded a 2-core Atholon II to this 4-core CPU and its done wonders. Great value for money!

Small contact area for CPU - but seems ok
Easy to install and seems to give good enough cooling.
The only thing I have against it - is the small contact area with the CPU body. But the 44C idle to 72C full load on a E8200 LGA Core Duo - seems ok.

Great fan; low noise if used with rubber stand-offs.
9 Blades - give great air-volume and keeps the case cool. I am using rubber stand-offs though. The fan does vibrate a bit. If screws were use - the fan will probably generate more noise.
