Dress/Rugged Hybrid Watch
The SKA557 has been on my wish list for awhile for its unique chronograph/rugged looks. Upon opening the watch I was very surprised, the band has a fine mesh style texture and is all leather and very comfortable. The watch face has a raised outer section with the numbers and the dial is recessed into the watch further. The nickle plating is superb, no defects whatsoever but it's dark nature makes it show oil or fingerprints much more than a chrome finish. The hands are very bright hands shine very bright when "charged" but as all glow-in-the-dark watches, it only lasts about 30min. I get a lot of compliments with this watch and it is definitely worth every cent.

Best calipers. Period.
2 of 2 found this helpful I've used a lot of calipers over the years and these have got to be the best I've ever used. Compared to the Mitutoyo calipers I use at work, these are more sturdy, sharper and just as accurate. The calipers come in a nice case with a nifty slot for a spare battery. And the killer feature of these is the inch fraction capability. Having worked with precision equipment here in the US, determining if a bearing/thread/pipe is in metric or standard units without using a table is a godsend and a huge time saver. Very impressed.

Mediocre Banana Ternimals
I purchased these banana plug terminals for a cheap project that I had in mind. The terminals superficially looked fine but when I went to tighten them to the backplate, one of the terminals snapped clean in half. I did not force it, nor overtightened it before it broke. Then 3 of the terminals that I placed on the backplate would still rotate when the front screw was tightened or loosened which is inconvenient if you are doing a standard 3/4" spacing . I would pay an extra $1.50 for the better designed terminals floating around ebay.
