Poor Suction, Not like my old one
3 of 3 found this helpful it's more like a children's toy vacuum than a real useful product. I had one of the older FLEX vacuums and the suction and usefulness was great. Black and Decker really blew it with this product.

Well priced camera, high priced subscription for software.

Price for camera is great, but the software subscription for 1 camera is more than I pay for 3 Ring cameras. $155.40 for a year subscription. Picture quality is good, a little tricky to setup, but once it is, it works fine. Motion Tracking left my camera pointing downward, had to manually move it and then use the software to position it. Led light is a good feature, especially in a dark environment. Night vision is pretty good and will sometimes tape, about every 1/2 hour when no movement is detected. Otherwise, the camera is good, need to work on software subscription pricing.

Poorly designed window kit and temp settings do not hold temp
0 of 2 found this helpful Seems to be accurate as far as the temp setting on heat but not on air conditioning. The unit will run and run, unless you shut it off or put the temp way up there, so that it finally does shut off. This is unacceptable in the year 2021. The window kit is poorly designed, as it was way too large for my 27 inch window, which had a portable air conditioner previously in it. I had to cut the panel to get it to fit and the vent kit is pretty flimsy. It came apart in installing it and the way it holds onto the tubing is a poor design.
