If you owned another Beltronics device then the set up would be a lot easier simply because the device only uses or speaks Russian language.
It does detect and pick up Ka band very effective and all the audible beeps sound just like any other Beltronic devices so it makes it feel right at home.
I only recommend it only you speak or know someone who speaks Russian to help you out to set it up. I am by no mean an expert in the language but by owning another similar product did the trick for me.

A wonder DAC
2 of 2 found this helpful Nice little machine that does many things right. The balanced output stage to me is it's biggest asset. Second is the DSD up conversion. It has so much air and timbre around the acoustical music instrument that sounds just amazing.
