For heal spurs
I bot these to help hold in the U shaped blue inserts sold here on Ebay ....to wear with my sandals. To wear alone is not enough cushion but does help some alone. Spurs are very painful so it is nice to still be able to wear sandals in the summer. A must have!

2 of 2 found this helpful I like the size,and the look! It works very well. The air fri is not so great as the food taste backed not fried but I like everything else about it. To me the $60.00 I paid was worth it but more then that would be to much due to it's mainly a toaster oven! It's nice to be able to use 8 x 10 pans and cook a 12 in pizza.
