one of many programs ive purchased since getting the xbox
Having had heart conditions, etc, i had fallen away from going to the gym trying to keep somewhat in fit at 68. my neighbor had this TOY and after playing it a few times, realized that i
could get the right programs and this TOY could become a fitness center in the privacy of my own home: allowing me to exercise privately until i felt comfortable to start attending the gym again. I so many aspects, it is more for exercise than competition. It makes you move even when the couch is so close.

I use it as an emergency notification in the bathroom. It alerts loudly should something arise where help is needed.
I use these in the bathrooms since we are aged and you never know when your voice may not be heard. They ate of quality and if positioned properly, can wake up the dead. Used solely as a protective device and highly recommended for those who may have a disability.
