Does what it's expected to.
1 of 1 found this helpful Works just as described, the only trouble I had was switching on red emergency lamp. The torch and the lamp work as follows:
* TORCH - 3 modes: constant torch, fast flickering flashlight, and morse SOS mode. Turn the ON/OFF button to ON. Press the little POWER button for 3 seconds and release. Pressing it again only ONCE at a time switches between the above 3 torch modes. Pressing it once more will turn it off.
* RED/BLUE EMERGENCY LIGHT: 1 mode - red and blue flickering light. Turn the ON/OFF button to ON. Press the little POWER button TWICE very quickly. This switches on the red/blue emergency light. Pressing it again TWICE quickly will turn it off.
*** And the good thing is you can mix the red light mode with any of the 3 torch modes as you wish, by pressing the POWER button again for 3 secs., then once at a time, shortly, to switch its 3 modes, WHILE the red lamp is still on. For instance, if you turn the red/blue lamp on and the second fast flickering mode, you'll get kind of AMBULANCE or POLICE type of flickering.
The rest of the unit, the plastic and the cables, are of a good make and quality.

Well worth the money.
Long battery life, comfortable handle, combs change securely and fit tightly, although I like the sliding ones better, these also do the job.
