Nice cordless vacuum cleaner
My 9 yo is vacuuming his room every day now :) Easy to empty, easy to use, top quality as expected from Dyson. And "refurbished"? not sure what refurbished is about after I opened the box, this looked like a new product, ok the guarantee is 1 year instead of 2, but I don't mind, giving the price difference I paid for it. This is our first cordless vacuum cleaner, and we are satisfied.

Good but weird looking
1 of 1 found this helpful It is in general a very good product. I have rated 4 stars because after a couple of weeks of use since new, the edges of the mat remain up, like the mouse was sitting in a plate. It does the job, but looks weird.

Batteries that don't need replacing
Using them on my cordless mouse. When 2 are in use, the other 2 are charging ready for their shift. Happy!
