The card is great for networking with IPFire
I plopped the card in the supermicro x8DTN+ motherboard and used it after installing IPFire v2.25 Core Update 149. It recognized the card so I was able to set up the red & green interfaces for that. Sure keeps up with today's technology.

Good product!
1 of 1 found this helpful I breathed some new life into my sister's 10 year old 64-bit Toshiba laptop (L745-S4210) with this SSD installed with Windows 10. The laptop has been a lot more responsive and was able to boot up windows 10 much faster than I could blink an eye. At that time the laptop originally with a 580 GB HDD ended up slowing down to a point where it would no longer able to handle the tasks on windows 10. Now because of the Samsung 870 EVO SSD, I no longer have to see 100% usage on the task manager all the time like I did with the old HDD. Let's see how goes it for another 10 years with my sister's laptop after I upgrade her RAM and CPU.

Good!
Great product for a used condition! Needed the part, and it fits perfect for the CSE 822 chassis! Tested it with the paperclip-trick on my PSU and used one of my hard drives to try all the slots. so far no issues at all! Now I got myself a fully working server that's capable of hot-swapping 3.5" (or 2.5") SATA drives.
