Inaccurate description
actual size is 9.5" by 13.25" inside smallest than other #4 Envelopes, strong envelopes but too small inside.

LCD display is hard to see
The biggest problem I had, is not too accurate, many times over one ounces inaccurate and I know must people don't have a problem with that.
I only use this one for big items where 1 ounce doesn't make a different.

Don't work as advertises
Works like a moisturizer but not strong enough for rough feet. Three weeks now and I don’t see any different. Is a waist of my money on this product.
Bad because doesn't work for the purpose intended.
