Like many re-releases these days, noise is audible within the music. I so much wish I had not abandoned my LPs; an occasional crackle beats near-constant noise.

Zulu - Cinema's historical re-creation of one battle in an attempt to expel the British from Africa.
I was surprised that this old movie (now released in Blu-ray) would look as good as it did.
Wait for the surprise in the credits. Hint: it is not about Michael Caine.

This is my second purchase of Tomita's Greatest Hits. Exceptional electronic versions of Mars, The Great Gate of Kiev, The Pachelbel Canon, Bolero, and Clair De Lune. Hora Staccato, an excerpt from Stravinsky's Firebird Suite, and a Prokofiev cut are pretty good too. Two John Williams' cuts and a couple others didn't get saved (by me). This CD is worthy of a "Greatest Hits" album title.
