good product but very bad purchase experience
i had to buy twice to get one package (because i needed it asap that moment), so i paid for 2 and have only 1 thermostat now. i had no way receive any help solving this from climatedoctors nor pay-pal or e-Bay. i believe this happens rarely but it happened to me and all involved put their hands off and left me quite unhappy as a customer. no more shopping for me through these people.
but i have to say clearly, the product as is is very good and reliable!
