Need help with leg cramps?
I use this for nightly leg cramps and it works great for me. If I don't take it, my feet,ankles and legs get terrible cramps. I drink about 3 tablespoons each night. The only part that is difficult is the taste😊 but even that is not worse than the cramps.

Clever and so helpful.
1 of 1 found this helpful I am 76 and female and with some arthritis in my hands. Trying to load shells without the aid of this clever device really was painful. I would not set any speed loading records with it but it sure helped me at least get my magazines loaded. Thanks.
