Jelly not a Soufflé
1 of 3 found this helpful I was totally dissatisfied with this product because after seeing videos of what the product was supposed to look like and realizing what I got, I’ve Been Dooped. I saw YouTube videos where people could lightly dab the tip of their finger on top of this product and you coulda see it and it dropped off their finger almost like melted butter. But the attached photos will show that this is not what I got.
I don’t know if it was old or defective. My product when I try to get a very small amount(as instructed) comes out like individual, small beads or balls like little grapes. They don’t even melt or smooth out when I rub my hands together. It leaves my hair sticky, stuck together weighted down and my curls are definitely not defined. I was definitely dissatisfied in this product and it not what what it was advertised to be.
I’m truly one upset customer. You might want I reevaluate your product!!
