Great sound
1 of 1 found this helpful I've gotta say that for under $40 these thing sound exceptional. Great deep bass and midrange although the highs could use a little work. Very comfy and light on your head and controls are quite simple to use. This particular seller did not include any paperwork of any kind so I had to look online to figure out how to pair it and activate the 3D sound. Contacting seller did little to help but I got it. All in all I'd say that it'd be tough to beat the overall quality of sound and construction for anywhere near this price.

Nice set, but?
Ok, so I get the set and I'm immediately impressed with the finish. Its a little smaller than I expected but its enough. The dimmer peddle is equally nice looking. The issue comes when ya go it install them. The included screws and brackets are less than desirable. They send chrome slot head screws to attach the X bracket which goes behind existing pedal. Maybe its just me but after 20 mins of fighting trying to hold a shorty slot head screwdriver while holding the pedal and assembly in place to tighten i simply gave up. The driver continually slips out and because unless you remove your pedal assembly from the floor you will be doing this from a cramped position. Good luck. I'm going to buy new either phillips or socket head screws and give it a go. I suggest you just buy new screws from the start. 8x32 bout 1/2 - 5/8" long.

the best starting platform for the money. in this crawlers opinion.
1 of 1 found this helpful The rock crawler is great it is everything they promised. And I am enjoying it very much. the price was great so you can afford any upgrades you want and still be under the price of most any other crawler out there box stock. the only caveat I have is the steering servos are weak and I would suggest an upgrade right away. Also the batt that it comes with only runs for about 8-10 mins so use Lipos for about 25-30 min of crawling. Or carry a couple extra nimh wherever you go or you'll spend most of your time recharging instead of crawling. the motors have plenty of torque and the tires are pretty sticky. the chassis has a ton of articulation for most any terrain plus the 4 wheel steering will get you out of some tight spots.
