One of Many Flea Repellents
After doing much online research paying most attention to customer reviews, talking with a couple local veterinarians, asking friends and relatives what they had best luck with, I decided on K9 advantix II.
After a thorough flea bath with the Dawn/Vinegar/Water mixture for shampoo, I applied the K9 advantix II down the back in 3 places following the directions. I have a 5.5 lb. poodle so of course am using the small dog version.
It has been 1 week after first application and so far my baby girl does not have one flea, so it would be great if she remains without fleas until the second application in 30 days. Too early to tell for long-term effectiveness but given the situation and location I am happy with the results.
Also found the best price for this product on ebay.
