A good idea and well engineered
As a professional guitarist I was enthusiastic to try this "drop D" tuner. It works well, and the only reason
I gave it four stars instead of five is technical...it grips onto the adjacent string. This means that there can be some crossover of tension when (say) you tune your A 5th string and the Pitch-Key is fitted to your low E 6th to drop to D. It varies...mostly there is no problem, but a drop D string is always sensitive if you use light gauge strings. If you use heavier gauge...well...my comment probably will not mean anything.
The Pitch-Key PK01 certainly gets down to low D and back up to E instantly...so it is really worth trying.

This book is very comprehensive and is the only new edition of a famous old text. It is available new for under $20.

Well made, for the low price
The whole thing is well made, especially for the low prices. The blemish looks to be some solder staining on the brass windpipe where it goes into the bag. No big deal or difficult problem.
