Great for the price.
Honestly, for the 20$ it cost, it's great. Don't expect a perfectly finished piece. I bought this because mine was worn out and I couldn't afford the cost of a new 30th Ed GLI shift knob. This thing looks damn close and once installed, no one can tell. Saved 200+ bucks

Use it for my methanol kit.
Very small amount goes a long ways. I run an AEM methanol injection kit on my GTi. I have first hand seen the corrosiveness of methanol on metals and certain plastics. I put about a 1/2 oz into each fill of my methanol tank to help lubricate the top end of my engine and prevent corrosion. So far my throttle body has servived, and the valves look great.
