A gem of a book
I love this book. It was a surprise because everything else she had written that I had read was historical fiction. The seventies are not historical yet but the story is such a good picture of the times. California was like that then. The heroine is a true character, she and her friends are trying to live through a difficult time in their lives. It is very "in the moment." I recommend it for anyone who just likes good writing.
