    Phone came in great wasn't damaged thankfully it was bubble wrapped good in an envelope but a small box would've been a little safer just in case. Had some sticky residue oall over the back that wasn't mentioned even though as pictured it wasn't the cleanest "no offense" going to try n figure out how to get it off. Other than this it's wonderful and it works thank you so much

    Seller failed to provide all items in photo even though they claimed I would receive whats in the photo. What I didn't receive was the SIM to actually USE the phone. In the photos they are clearly using it unlocked. Why they didn't provide the SIM I don't know. When I asked where to get one all they said was it needs an AT&T SIM card. So not very helpful but the item was in great condition and packaged well.

    Photos clearly shows it is an att not unlocked also in description it said you get what’s in photos so as photos shows there is no sim card in photos

    I will leave a positive review for this seller, even though the items received were damaged. The seller was easy to work with and unfortunately we had damage to the thermostat in shipment that rendered the product unusable. The seller was quick to fully refund on the thermostat
