The Best for digestive/elimination issues.
Just half a teaspoon of this mixed in my favorite drink daily keeps me regular after years of diarrhea, then constipation. Also kills ants if you spread it on their trails. Just don't inhale it!

So delicious!
My naturopath recommended I take an electrolyte dring 3x per day. Ultima is the brand the health food store clerk recommended and I love it (especially the lemonade).
