Good Sports Smartwatch with Great Potential

Overall I really like the look and feel of the watch. I also really like not having to charge the watch. I've had this watch since 17 Dec 2019 and here's my honest feedback on the PowerWatch 2. I regularly run (3 days a week 3-5 miles a day). Overall I'm pleased, but Matrix has some work to do on their software. The good: - After the initial charge, I have only had the watch on the charger once for about an hour after 2 days of cloudy weather and minimal physical activity. Otherwise the watch seems to stay 100% charged with normal light exposure and body heat. - The watch band is soft and flexible and comfortable. - The display and controls are straightforward and easy to use while exercising. The bad: - Syncing. So far, EVERY morning I have had to un-pair the watch from the app, restart the watch, and then re-pair the watch with the app in order for the watch data to update on the app. I have been in touch with Matrix Tech Support but no solution yet. - GPS. Not as accurate as my Tom Tom. The app map display shows my running route all over the place and I run the exact same route every time. Areas for improvement: - Activity display screen should be customizable. Currently all pertinent data is on one screen (time, elapsed time, distance, pace and heart rate during an outdoor run). With all that information (5 lines) on the small screen, it is hard to read while moving. Matrix should consider putting less information on the screen and allowing toggling between screens. For example, put elapsed time, distance, and pace on one screen and heart rate and calories burned on another and allow toggling between them.
