Good box but weak handle
2 of 2 found this helpful This is my 3rd Dewalt box like this. Each one has the same problem. After lifting it over curbs and carrying it up stairs and everything else the handles break. This happens because they are only held on with a plastic clip. I'm a Glazier and I do windows and doors for a living. We work rain snow and shine. Cold and hot. Plastic gets frail in the cold and that's usually when my clips break. What I have done now is to measure back to the clip and put 2 screws in each clip. So far so good. Solid box and rain proof. I use mine for a ladder alot. Oh when you sit them down make sure you ain't still dragging the box. It will wear a hole in the plastic.
