Isn't Ben Gay!
Good product.
Doesn't seem to last as long as Ben Gay, but it doesn't 1) get hot, or 2) smell like Ben Gay!
I use this for sciatica and have a need to apply it to rather sensitive areas. IT DOESN'T GET HOT!
If I'm going to be around people, I have a need to use this product on larger areas. I choose lidocaine because the is no odor. (Many people can't stand the smell of Ben Gay.)

Suppressed my thrush
I get cases of oral thrush from using corticosteroid inhalers twice daily. I rinse, but the problem seems to return.
The only drawback is that I am supposed to wait about an hour after using the mouthrinse before consuming anything. I need the inhaler first thing in the morning in able to breath: I should wait an hour before beginning my day? An hour before coffee and breakfast?
So: inhaler followed by a water rinse with a quick toothbrushing followed by b'fast/coffee, followed by Corsodyl.
The amount in the bottle is measured to be the amount used in a month. That is, twice daily.
