Works as expected, right out of the box.

Note - this 3 GHz radio is only legal in the ham radio bands in the United States, and that's what we used it for - an 18 mile link, with 24 dBi gain dishes at each end. Resulted in a 117 Mbit/second transfer rate, which exceeded our expectations.
Because they're built at lower volume than the more popular 2 and 5 GHz Rockets, they are more expensive.
Ubiquiti builds good products. Recommended.
