I'm not sure if it's the phone or not - it arrived on time so check in the positive box. I didn't use it at all until I put a screen protector and a case on it. It fell once and now doesn't turn on at all. My other phone must have fallen countless times in a case and no damage, but this one falls once, no cracks or noticeable damage and it doesn't work at all... I'm not an expert in electronics but that just seems too odd.
