Good Memories
I was born (1943) and raised in Akron, Ohio and am a life-long Cleveland Indians' fan. I watched Early Wynn pitch in Cleveland's Lake Front Municipal Stadium with my Dad in 1963 as he attempted with earn his 300th victory. Owning this card brings back many fond memories of watching Early Wynn pitch in person, listening to him pitch over the radio and watching him pitch during televised Indians' games.
Sincerely,

A MUST WORLD WAR TWO READ
As an avid student of World War Two, England's involvement in the Conflict and the activities of the R. A. F's elite commando unit, the S. A. S., all in the E. T. O., I am thoroughly enjoying reading each and every page of Fitzroy's Maclean's book "Eastern Approaches". I urge all of my fellow avid students of WW II in the E. T. O., to buy of copy of this book as a must addition to their libraries and enjoy reading each and very page.

A SPECIAL READ
Dear Sirs,
As an avid student of WW II History, I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. Several years ago, I had the privilege of visiting Thomas Griffin who was the navigator on plane No. 9, "the Whirling Dervish", in the Raid. At the time of my visit, Thomas was in his mid 90's and was living in a Senior Citizens Assisted Living Apartment. He has sence passed. As a fellow Raider, Thomas would have personally known the author, Capt. Ted W. Lawson. This connection made reading this book a "special read" for me. It was also most interesting to read an account of this Raid published by "Landmark Books".
Sincerely,
James (Jim) Orr
