Oldie but goodie

For a very old gold-tone Astatic mike, it's in fairly good shape. Needs some polishing to get that showroom finish back on it, but the important part is that it works. I'll try a different, updated mike element in it, and see how it does with my modern rigs.

Heil Sound GMElite Microphone with HC4/HC5 elements

Heil did a fine work on this one.

Duplicate of my present one, then with chagrin had to use strong glue to keep it together, the head had been handed roughly, came apart. No testing yet, too much activity here. Fine microphones, this one switches audio curves from voice only to "hi fi".
