  SCAMMER ALERT - Did not ship and will not give a refund. The seller told me to reach out to eBay to get my money, so I have to spend 3 weeks going through buyer protection vs the seller clicking the cancel order button. This seller sells items that he will not ship. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY TIED UP WHILE YOU WAIT FOR EBAY TO GIVE YOU A REFUND. I really wanted this stem, and I paid instantly. Very frustrating that the seller chose to not ship, and didn’t refund. RUN!
