Deceptive advertising!

flimsy, no lid, albums slide out very easily possibly breaking upon impacting with the floor.

Disappointed with the quality and perfor...

Disappointed with the quality and performance of the item. We found that it was unable to reach the desired temperature when placed on body without some sort of cover over it. When used underneath a blanket it still couldn't reach maximum temperature. Some time ago, we purchased the Thermophore Classic heating pad and were very satisfied with its performance. Our daughter borrowed it, permanently. Prompting us to seek a replacement. I thought the UTK would be comparable, it didn't come close.
