Good Home Remedies

I really like this book. I prefer to avoid trips to the doctor and prescription medications if I can. This book offers many home remedies for everyday ailments like arthritis. I am currently trying the Certo/Grape Juice remedy for knee inflammation and pain. Hope it works!

Wonderful bedtime book for pre-schoolers!

I love this book. I used to read it to my 2 youngest boys (now ages 30 & 33) when they were toddlers. I think we wore out the book we had. It is out of print now, so the book I purchased was old but in excellent condition. I showed it to my 33 year old son, and he remembered it well. It was probably the most popular book in our house. So glad to get another one.

Very informative book about the lies told to us about low fat diets and their inability to prevent heart disease and other illnesses.
