It’s ok
3 of 3 found this helpful MakeS great dough. I’m a little disappointed in the bake function. Two out of three loaves did not come out well. The third was ok. The pan is too wide, so you end up with very big slices of bread and not too many to a loaf. The fourth, I used the dough function and baked the loaf in my oven....much better result.
