Flowtech 13500FLT Long Tube Header, Painted, 1.625 Inch Tube Size

Does not fit 1988 Dodge D150

I don’t care how you dice it. The front driver side header tube runs right through the motor mount bracket and these headers won’t work with your stock starter. Save your money and purchase good headers.
