ecobee Smart Thermostat is a Winner
All of the advertised features I have tried so far work exactly as expected!
The included Power Extender Kit (PEK) eliminated the need for a fifth "Common" wire to power the thermostat..
Excellent, detailed, and easy-to-follow installation instructions, especially for the PEK.
Relying solely on the remote temperature/occupancy sensor is a plus for overnight.
While direct voice control is only by built-in Alexa, can also use Google Assistant as I do for the other home automation devices I have.
