A bit Flimsy and cheap looking.
They look a little cheap once installed. The chrome colored plastic ring comes loose and looks too much like cheap plastic.
The plastic flanges that hold these on easily break off. I had to remove the metal ring that backs them because they could not hold up to the pressure when I tried to pop them in the wheel center.

Good basic no frills heater.
The preset temp may or may not be exactly 78 degrees, but who cares, as long as it is close and consistent.
In my case, it is pretty much spot on, ranging just slightly above or below 78 degrees.
The simplicity of design should result in a long life, and the low price is hard to turn down.
