Reasonable quality.

It is sturdy, though one of the monitor screw is lose even after tightening but luckily this is not affecting the position of the monitor and is merely for the vesa plate that fixes on the monitor. The base and arms can be moved to help adjust the exact tilt, horizontal & vertical angle. The cable management is useful and I would definitely recommend this if you don’t intent to move the screen on a regular basis.
