Educating Rita

This has been a difficult movie to find. I saw it in the 80's and have looked, on and off for quite a while. A college professor and an under educated student both want what the other has and cannot understand each other. The student wants to travel in circles of the educated and wax poetically, giving up her family to do it, while the professor who has all that would gladly give it all up for a family who loves him.
