Thomas trackmaster trains and accessories
all of these toys are quite robust and apart from the very latest Trackmaster revolution sets , are easy to add to and expand. There are a huge amount of available accessories and trains available. There is an older blue type track and associated accessories which can also work with the beige track in conjunctions with adapter pieces that are widely available. There are a range of engines for children to move on to as they grow older which are more suitable for them,mainly based on Japanese passenger trains.

Tomy Ashima, a robust and more detailed version than its rival
No pros, in my opinion the Tomy version of this train is more robust and built to last than the rival version sold for the latest Trackmaster revolution trains. The detailing is better and also more likely to last and not rub or peel off. There are also two pieces of rollong stock included instead of one
