You might want to check to see if something is better
the blue ice is low quality--full of ice crystals and does not stay cold long enough
the unit is a little trouble putting on--especially when your shoulder hurts
the cost was reasonable
the unit does contour to your shoulder
I haven't had it long, but looks like it I would have to buy something else for next time
