Quick, convenient, significant shade.
It is important for the buyer to note that the feet sit in a 10'x10' square, while the canopy itself is 8'x8'. Meanwhile, this is quite a good area of shade. The canopy is light, easy to set up without help, and reasonably sturdy. It's great for a mildly breezy, sunny or rainy day, about like when one might use an umbrella. Strong wind is, perhaps obviously, more of a challenge. I have bought a few of this kind of canopy for summer activities out on our deck.

Sturdy
As a plastic brace, this one seems well made and not easy to break by tightening the clamp to make it adequately secure. A very satisfactory product.
