Box was opened (side tape resealed)- packs not in correct order and sequence in the box. Individual packs resealed. Foil on each pack was not smooth

Box was opened (side tape resealed)- packs not in correct order and sequence in the box. Individual packs resealed. Foil on each pack was not smooth and extra glue (not on usual packs) is present on the edges of each pack.
