Stop most inertia retractor jams.

Works, better than some OEM seat belt buckle stoppers. Keeping the metal buckle where it is easy to reach in key in preventing belt from jamming and stopping the inertia reel retraction free & working. Only bigger improvement is using a cloth to transfer silicon spray lub onto the portion of the belt from the stirrup into the reel. Probably best to keep the silicon off any portion that can come in contact with passengers & their clothes.
