Best portaband available!
3 of 3 found this helpful The older US built Milwaukee portaband are absolutely the best ones ever made. I have used other brands and the new Chinese made Milwaukee portabands and none even compare to this older US made model.
I have mine mounted on a table made by SWAG with a foot pedal and it's a wonderful configuration that releases with a single thumbscrew. It makes changing blades really easy. Part of the table also comes with the saw and replaced the factory foot so I don't have to further switch for freehand cutting.
I have been a professional fabricator for over 20 years and I highly recommend this saw.
