It Works
I installed this to replace the original power button which no longer worked if the plastic button was pressed but did work outside the chassis when pressed directly. So far, I've had no complaints with this replacement. The computer turns on reliably whenever it is pressed.

Short Lifespan
1 of 1 found this helpful I used this battery to replace the worn-out original and have had no issues.
Update: October 2019
The battery is no longer holding a charge. The laptop won't run without the power cord. It was fine while it lasted but it didn't last long (about eight months).

Worked as Expected
The laptop I was repairing abruptly stopped getting good WiFi reception. Replacing the original component with this one resolved the issue.
